Hi, I’m Carey

I'm a seasoned hospice nurse, certified hypnotherapist, RTT practitioner, and cancer transformation coach, with nearly 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. As the creator of the transformative You Heal You - Body, Mind, and Spirit cancer coaching program, I specialize in empowering individuals to overcome perceived life-limiting blocks and diagnoses.

My approach focuses on shifting mindsets, identifying root causes, and implementing lifestyle modifications to foster healing at an energetic and cellular level. With a diverse background as a massage therapist, health educator, hospice nurse, wellness coach, certified hypnotherapist, and RTT practitioner, I'm dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal health and fulfillment.

My Journey into Becoming an RTT Practitioner and Cancer Transformation Coach began ...

during my time as a hospice nurse. While fulfilling roles such as case manager and crisis care provider, I gained invaluable insights, particularly during my tenure as an admissions nurse. Assessing patients' medical history, diagnoses, and decline, I noticed a recurring pattern: many shared similar health trajectories. This realization sparked a desire to explore preventative measures beyond traditional healthcare practices.

Motivated by a passion for holistic wellness, I began educating patients on nutrition and mind-body techniques to enhance comfort, reduce stress, and improve overall quality of life. However, I encountered resistance due to the lack of support for such approaches within the conventional medical system (Anything that is not taught in medical school). Despite this setback, my commitment to empowering patients remained unwavering.

Experiencing my own health challenges and disillusionment with conventional healthcare further fueled my determination to support others in navigating their health journeys with compassion and efficacy. My aim is to offer guidance that fosters empowerment, hope, and resilience, ensuring individuals feel supported and equipped to overcome obstacles.

But One Day, Something Amazing Happened….

I went through a huge life change, and was introduced to an incredible Mind/Body therapy known as Rapid Transformational Therapy.

One Session Changed The Course Of My Life Forever

Enrolling in the Rapid Transformational Therapy program marked a pivotal moment in my journey towards comprehensive client service and personal healing. Through rigorous training, I delved deep into my subconscious, unraveling the root causes of my dis-ease and challenging beliefs. Armed with newfound knowledge, I embraced the power of neuroplasticity to rewrite self-limiting narratives and cultivate empowering beliefs.

The transformation was profound, touching every aspect of my life. I witnessed profound shifts in my parenting, as I healed childhood and birthing trauma, deepening my bond with my daughter. Love found me when I rewrote limiting relationship patterns, paving the way for my dream partnership. Embracing entrepreneurship became a reality as I shattered beliefs of inadequacy, now viewing challenges as opportunities for growth.

My health journey took a dramatic turn as I unearthed the origins of illness rooted in childhood programming. With purpose and determination, I liberated myself from decades of health challenges, embracing vitality and well-being.
